Conference Account Executive
Can you deliver and reach the finishing line?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account/Project Manager to join a friendly, busy and fun team with good benefits and career structure.
You will be developing and managing ongoing client relationships and planning and delivering all relevant events and conferences across the UK. You'll be able to work from tender/proposal to delivery, ensuring the highest quality service and H&S standards to your event, managing your projects with a keen eye to your financial margins.

Conference Administration Assistant
Want to take your first step on the career ladder?
This role offers the opportunity to join a busy conference administration team and to develop a career in the conference business.
You will be assisting with all aspects of conference and event administration in a busy office environment. This will involve dealing with delegate enquiries, registrations and the production of conference material. The role will also occasionally provide support to the Front of House team at events which will involve travel within the UK.

Studio Artworker / MAC Operator
Do you have designs on an exciting new career?
We are looking for someone who can accurately produce pre-press items from various material and, when required, create new designs for print production. This is for all studio documents, both internally and externally.
They will also manage print production of all conference/exhibition related aspects from inception through to post-conference, including PowerPoint presentations.
Do you have:
· at least 12 months relevant experience?
· a keen eye for detail?
· a creative flair, coupled with an avid interest in all aspects of design?
· a broad knowledge of Quark, Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator and PowerPoint?
and will be:
· confident, organised and imaginative
· flexible in approach
